Incoloy 800/800H/800HT stud bolts are iron-nickel-chromium alloys that are intended for high strength along with superior resistance against oxidation and carburization at high temperatures. The standard composition comprises about 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and minor amounts of aluminum and titanium for enhanced stability. These alloys have a tensile strength of 500–650 MPa and yield strength of about 200–300 MPa, based on grade. They are also good at creep and rupture strength, especially in the H and HT grades, and hence can be applied in long-term service under high-temperature conditions.
